after discussed with admin, we came out a few sets of consultation time:-

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9am-11am and 1pm-3pm

OR

Every Weekday
10am-12pm

OR

Every Weekday
12pm-1pm (recess time)

OR

Your suggestion!

other than these consultation time, we may make an appointment with admin before we meet them.
